POST TITLE: Head, Sales and Marketing
JOB SUMMARY:
- To plan and manage the sales and marketing functions effectively, implementing aggressive marketing strategies that will engender the attainment of the overall revenue objectives of the company,
- Most especially to continuously build a viable customer base to ensure that the sales team continuously attains and exceeds given targets,
- To plan and manage sates and marketing resources efficiently towards attainment of agreed budgets,
- To provide relevant reports that will engender right decision making and drive towards the attainment of these objectives,
- To generally inspire the team to drive for achievement of the organizations objective of attaining the position of the foremost IT solutions provider in our environment.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of B.Sc. Degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or Marketing,
- Consummate flair for the sales and marketing functions especially in an IT environment,
- Minimum of ten (10) years work experience in similar management position,
- Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
KEY COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES:
- In-depth knowledge of the dealership and distribution process in an IT environment,
- Relevant analytical skills,

- Proven leadership ability,

POST TITLE: Microsoft Sales Executives
JOB SUMMARY:
- Effective planning of sales and distribution of Microsoft,
- To manage and coordinate the sales, customer retention and development activities of Microsoft products,
- To provide daily, weekly and monthly reports of the sales of Microsoft products,
- Most especially to continuously build a viable Microsoft customer base to ensure that this clientele base grows and expands consistently and to continuously strive to attain the set objectives of growing the overall revenue and reach of transactions with and more partners in the channel of resellers.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of B.Sc. degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or Marketing,
- Minimum of five (5) years work experience in similar position,
- Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
KEY COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products sales with accompanied certifications in respect of Microsoft licenses,
- In-depth knowledge of the dealership and distribution process in an IT environment,
- Relevant analytical skills,
- Attention to details,
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets,
- Assertive personality,
- Great communication and team building skills.
