An Estate Development Company needs the services of the following candidates for current construction works in Ogun state.
POST TITLE: Construction Supervisor
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must have B.Sc, HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture etc.,
- Minimum 3 years post NYSC experience in estate development is not negotiable,
- Applicant must be a resident of Lagos, fluent in Yoruba and not more than 40 years old.
POST TITLE: Head Marketing
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must have B.Sc/HND In any discipline,
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience marketing lands and houses is not negotiable,
- A resident of Lagos, not more than 35 years old.
POST TITLE: Assistant Site Manager
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must have OND in Building, civil engineering, Architecture, surveying etc.
