A Printing Company Latest Jobs in Nigeria: Recruitment for 6 Job Positions

THE ORGANIZATION:

Superflux, is a specialized document printing company rendering services to key organizations in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. Due to business expansion, the company requires highly competent individuals with proven track record of performance to occupy the following positions:

POST TITLE:   Divisional Head, Business Development (Financial Sector)

THE JOB:
  • Enterprising and experienced professional who has proven ability to formulate and execute marketing  and sales strategies for business growth and profitability.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & SKILLS:
  • Responsible for managing and growing an existing business that is core to banking operations,
  • Development of successful business growth strategy,
  • Must be able to network with key decision makers,
  • At least 15 years post qualification experience, MBA is an added advantage,
  • Experience in the banking sector is preferred but not compulsory,
  • Good negotiation, research and presentation (oral and written) skills are essential for this position.

POST TITLE:   Divisional Head, Business Development (Public Sector)

THE JOB:
  • Enterprising and experienced professional who has proven ability to formulate and execute marketing and sales strategies for business growth and profitability.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & SKILLS:
  • Responsible for expanding and developing new business in the public sector,
  • Manage sensitive and important relationship to assure continued business streams,
  • Coordinate regional marketing and administrative duties for Abuja and the North,
  • Must be able to network with key decision makers,
  • A good first degree in Social Sciences or related field, MBA is an added advantage,
  • At least 15 years in high level sales and marketing with minimum 5 years interaction with public  sector procurement,
  • Position to be based in Abuja.

POST TITLE:   Divisional Head, Business Process Improvement Strategy

THE CANDIDATES:
  • The candidate will design processes to help deliver sustainable value to the customers through the application of continuous improvement methodologies.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & SKILLS:
  • Responsible for process integrity, quality assurance of group operations,
  • Harmonize various manufacturing processes within the group for better performance,
  • Focus on implementing production efficiency through the Balance Score Card,
  • A good first degree in Engineering or related field, a second degree is an added advantage,
  • Minimum 5 years business process management experience at senior management level.

POST TITLE:   Head Business Development (International Markets)

THE CANDIDATES:
  • Exciting opportunity for an Executive who will be responsible for deepening and expanding our international clientele.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & SKILLS:
  • Be responsible for international marketing operations of the group which would cover all sectors (public and private) and for all group products and services,
  • Create and execute sales growth plans for the assigned region, including a market assessment of channels of distribution, competitive analysis and marketing opportunities,
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships across various African countries in order to secure viable businesses,
  • Develop and execute a channel marketing plan, including regional trade shows, advertisements, etc.
  • Possess a business degree and 10 years of related sales experience  (Industry experience is preferred but not compulsory),
  • Fluency in both English and French languages is essential.

POST TITLE:   Business Development Managers (5 Positions)

REPORT TO:  Reporting to Divisional Heads

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & SKILLS:
  • Responsible for aggressive business acquisition for new services in the security and commercial print industry,
  • Manage customer relationship,
  • Source for new businesses in order to achieve set financial targets,
  • Ensure performance to customer’s specifications,
  • Previous working experience in media, print and publishing,
  • Minimum 10 years in sales and marketing to corporate organizations such as Banks, FMCGs, Telecomms and Government Institutions,
  • Vacancies exist in Lagos, Abuja and West African countries; specific experience in these regions are added advantage; this should be highlighted in your resumes.

POST TITLE:   Human Capital Development Manager

THE CANDIDATES:
  • The ideal candidate would develop and implement human capital development strategies for the group in line with the business.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & SKILLS:
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, manpower planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and learning and development,
  • Must have experience in managing over 300 employees in multiple countries,
  • Must have been in the driving seat for human capital development strategies in similar employee sized company,
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development with over 10 years experience of which 5 years is as HR lead in a medium size organization.
