JOB VACANCIES:

Applications are requested from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions in the University of Ibadan:

POST TITLE:   Assistant Director ( Physical Development  and Construction)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering from a recognized University,
• Candidate must be COREN registered plus at least nine (9) years post qualification working, experience in the field of civil/structural engineering design and construction management with highly reputable companies or Works and Maintenance Department of tertiary institutions or other comparable establishments,
• Candidate must also possess good communication, organizational and analytical skills,
• Proficiency in the use of the following software: AutoCAD, CivilCAD, MS project or other relevant Software will be an advantage.

SALARY/ REMUNERATION: CONTISS14  (N1,820,908.00)

POST TITLE:   Assistant Director (Operation and Maintenance)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• The Candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc) in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized University,
• Candidate must be COREN) registered with minimum of nine (9) years post qualification working experience in operation and maintenance of water supply systems and electric power generation and distribution, with practical knowledge of modern equipment maintenance in reputable companies or Works and Maintenance Department of tertiary institutions or other comparable establishments,
• He/She must also possess good communication, organizational and analytical skills,
• Proficiency in the use of the sofware: AutoCAD, CivilCAD, Civil3D and other related software will be an advantage.

SALARY/ REMUNERATION: CONTISS 14   <N1,820,908.00)

CONDITION OF SERVICE:

The appointment shall be for three (3) years in the first instance after which, if the work is satisfactory, it will be confirmed to retiring age.
