POSITION: Assistance Business Development Manager
THE CANDIDATES:
The candidates will plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability target, and ensures proper marketing of all company’s products and services.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Leadership, Relationship Management, Strategic Formulation, Understanding Business procedure especially in the shipping & Logistics trade and a team player.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Develops and overseas the implementation of channel developments strategy to success and profitability targets;
- Creates new innovation in line with company’s policy;
- Perform market share analyse and identify improvement opportunities;
- Recruitment and development of sales team;
- Plan and implement customer retention strategies;
- Improve company customer base.
- B.Sc in Business Administration/ Marketing or any related course. MBA will be an added advantage;
- Must have 2-3 years sales/business development experience in a shipping, courier or freight forwarding company;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good Computer knowledge especially in M/S word and other office applications.
