1. Assist in the development of learning intervention
2. Develop contacts with top officials in the public and private sectors of the economy
3. Facilitate in scheduled learning programmes
4. Marketing of consulting and training products

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
 
1. The ideal candidates should have significant track records of success in management consultancy, business re-engineering and executive selection. They should also the following:
2. A minimum of masters degree in Economics, Accounting, Business or other social sciences.
3. A doctorate degree in any related field will be an added advantage
4. At least 12 years relevant working experience
5. A proven track record of achievement in high quality consulting environment
6. Excellent writing and facilitation skills
7. Good knowledge of research
8. Mathematical and analytical skills
9. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages/Software’s such as Word, Excel. Access PowerPoint
10. Ability and commitment to build and lead a result-oriented team,
