Globacom Limted Jobs: Vacancies for Sales MIS and Coordination Manager, Sales Training and Development Manager, Head, Enterprise Customer Service
Globacom Limited is Nigeria’s second National Operator providing GSM, Fixed Broadband and Gateway services with subsidiaries in Nigeria, Republic of Benin, Ghana and other West African countries. We have just launched the commercial services of Glo 1 submarine cable. It’s the only direct undersea cable from London to Lagos, and 13 other African countries, with a dedicated link to America. All connecting seamlessly into Glo’s 10,000 kilometres of fibre-optic backbone throughout Nigeria. In fact, Glo 1 has created the only completely end to end communications network in the region.
With Points of Presence (POP) in the UK, Hong Kong, USA and Virtual POPs in France and Germany, Glo Gateway services manage roaming connections, voice and data traffic both in the local and international markets.
The company needs capable professionals who can fill various positions in Glo1. The positions attract internationally competitive remuneration.
POST TITLE: Sales MIS and Coordination Manager
REFERENCE NO: SMISM
EDUCATIONS:
1. Relevant university degrees are required,
3. Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- 6-9 years cognate experience in a leading telecoms/ISP company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Structure relevant safes data in terms of account lists, prospects, order details, collection details, site detail, etc In relevant formats for Glo1 services,
2. Prepare sales MIS formats,
3. Prepare and maintain schedules for receipt of relevant sales data from the teams and also create the final MIS report.
POST TITLE: Sales Training and Development Manager
REFERENCE NO: STDM
EDUCATIONS:
1. Relevant university degree are required
3. Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- 11-14 years sales experience out of which 3-4 years should be in training,
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create an annual training calendar for the entire safes team,
2. Identify training needs at team levels. Identify and negotiate with training vendors,
3. Measure skill enhancement through post training evaluation.
POST TITLE: Head, Enterprise Customer Service
REFERENCE NO: HECS
EXPERIENCE:
- 8-12 years experience with at least 4 years relevant experience in a leading carrier and broadband company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and guide the enterprise customer service team towards its objective of providing world class customer delight and experience with glo 1,
2. Evolve best practices by providing customers with service call support, billing query, grievance handling, etc,
3. Drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.
