PHILLIPS CONSULTING Job: Recruitment for Chief Risk Officer, Senior IT Support Specialist, Senior Team Leader

THE ORGANIZATION:

Our client, a leading multinational finance services organization entering into Nigeria is seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Chief Risk Officer (Ref: Exc004)

Reporting to the CEO, this role is accountable for providing a combination of company secretarial and risk management functions

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develops relevant compliance policies and procedures,
 
2. Implements a compliance management monitoring plan,
 
3. Communicate regularly with regulators on new developments,
 
4. Provides expert legal advice on company legal matters,
 
5. Provides services related to company secretarial duties.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidates must have a Law, business or finance  (B.sc) degree from a reputable university.,
 
2. 10 years experience in the fields of company secretarial or risk management,
 
3. At least 3 years experience at the managerial level.


POST TITLE:   Senior IT Support Specialist (Ref: Mid001)

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is accountable for supporting the smooth running of the production applications and infrastructure.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supports operating systems and infrastructure, as well as supporting the development and running of production applications,
 
2. Works closely with business, clients, suppliers and IT stakeholders to ensure a continuous, stable and efficient environment,
 
3. Provides constant first line standby/support for the production environments,
 
4. Creates temporary foes within systems to achieve service level agreements,
 
5. Advises and consults on country development projects.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science,

2. 6 years relevant experience in providing technical support.


POST TITLE:   Senior Team Leader – Client Services and Administration (Ref: Mid002)

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of the organization, this role is accountable for managing all administrative process through a team in order to maximize productivity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manages daily operational (client service and/or administrative) delivery within specific functional area through a team of administrators,
 
2. Delivers, maintains and enhances service/work standards and work quality,
 
3. Manages an operational budget,
 
4. Manages the services delivery to clients.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Applicants must possess a first degree from a reputable university,
 
2. Should have 6 years relevant experience required.
