WTS Energy Job: Recruitment for Field Drilling Engineer, Field Technicians

They are in search of exceptional professionals to fill the positions below in Nigeria.
POST TITLE: Field Drilling Engineer (Ref: WTS/GA/005)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifically, the successful candidate will:
1. Make-up, load out and installation of CPDT equipment as per company’s best practice and to customers requirements,
2. Conducts all pre-job checks on equipment to ensure all equipment is available and fit for wor,
3. Works as crew member during the actual installation. Ensure safe rig up and operation of equipment in accordance with,
4. Company and Customer instructions,
5. Perform workshop duties prior to load out of equipment package including equipment inspection, assembly and testing,
6. Ensure that all workshop activities are conducted in accordance with HSE Management Systems and relevant product line work instructions and guidelines,
7. Inspection of all equipment prior to load out to ensure compliance to work instructions and correct documentation,
8. Collation of job work package including all relevant QAQC documentation,
9. Contribution to post-installation reports, including,
10. End of well report,
11. Other duties as directed.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
1. Basic knowledge of relevant computer software,
2. Offshore survival certificate and H2S certificate,
3. Ability to work unsupervised,
4. Minimum of 4 years relevant oilfield experience, including 3 years with associated handling tools,
5. Applicant must possess University Engineering degree (B.Eng) or relevant.
POST TITLE: Field Technicians (Ref: WTS/GA/006)
Performs field Controlled Pressure Drilling Business Unit and maintenance of Business Unit’s equipments, according to internal and external customer requirements.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
1. QHSSE procedural knowledge,
2. Basic understanding of quality management principle,
3. Extensive knowledge of rig floor operations and associated handling procedures,
4. Basic knowledge of relevant computer software,
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially English,
6. Minimum 4 years assigned product & service line’s equipment and operations,
7. University Engineering degree (B.Eng) or relevant.
