ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing the administrative functions and systems of the company,
- Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies,
- Liase with all department and subsidiaries to promote projects, sales, and programmes as they become relevant,
- Have a high ability to adapt to marketing in an IT environment,
- Implement and supervise approved office and technology systems,
- Ensure all administrative processes are efficient and reliable particularly ensuring the accuracy of each process and that each is fully documented,
- Implement and take part in project based tasks such as General meetings, etc.
- Liaise and communicate with team management/departmental managers to ensure the proper running of the department,
- In addition there would be duties that company may assign to you to carry out from time to time.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- A good first degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields from a recognized institution.
- Professional Marketing or IT Certification will be an added advantage.
