Federal College of Freshwater Fisheries Technology Jobs in Nigeria: Recruitment for Senior Lecturer, Lecturer II and III, Assistant Lecturer, Caterer -Chef, Caterer -Assistant Chef, Higher Catering Officer (Hospitality Management Department)

Federal College of Freshwater Fisheries Technology invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Senior Lecturer -Hospitality Management

DEPARTMENT: Hospitality Management Department

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Candidates should possess doctorate degree(s) in the relevant discipline(s) with at least five (5) years post qualification cognate experience. Furthermore, the candidates must:
  • (a)  Demonstrate ability to initiate and supervise students approved research project/research exhibition of technology,
  • (b)  Possess not less than (4) publications in reputable journals plus at least eight (8) conference/seminar proceedings.

POST TITLE:   Lecturer II Hotel and Catering

DEPARTMENT: Hospitality Management Department

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Candidates should a master’s degree in the relevant discipline(s) with at least five (5) years post qualification cognate experience. Furthermore, the candidates must:
  • (a)  Demonstrate ability to initiate and supervise students approved research project/research exhibition of technology
  • (b)  Possess not less than (4) publications in reputable Journals plus at least five (5) conference/seminar proceedings

POST TITLE:   Lecturer III Hotel and Catering

DEPARTMENT: Hospitality Management Department

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Prospective candidates should possess master’s degree in the relevant discipline(s) from a recognized university or a good honour’s degree in the relevant discipline not less than second class honours (upper division) plus at least three (3) years cognate experience,

POST TITLE:   Assistant Lecturer Hotel and Catering Management

DEPARTMENT: Hospitality Management Department

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Would be candidate should possess a good honour’s degree in the relevant discipline plus NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
POST TITLE:   Caterer -Chef (Hospitality Management Department)
POST TITLE:   Caterer-Assistant Chef (Hospitality Management Department)
POST TITLE:   Higher Catering Officer (Hospitality Management Department)


CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

Conditions of service are applicable to all Federal Colleges of Agriculture.
