POST TITLE:   Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP)

The Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop tomorrow’s leaders today and equip them with the right professional and soft skills required to survive in the dynamic business world.

Subsequent to a highly competitive selection process, short-listed candidates will undergo a structured and comprehensive training programme involving both formal and on the job learning. At the end of the programme successful candidates will be considered for permanent positions within the Group,

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prospective candidates will be professional, passionate, ambitious and able to demonstrate a high level of integrity. They will be team players, who exhibit a high level of respect and must possess the following,
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree with minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2.1) in any discipline,
  • Completion of NYSC by the -31st of December, 2011,
  • Minimum of 5 B’s and 2 ‘C’s in WASC, SSCE OR GCE ‘0’ Level in one sitting, which must include Mathematics and English,
  • The programme is open only to graduates who obtained their Bachelor degree in the last four years.
AGE: Not older than 25 years by the 31st of December, 2011,

  1. why causing people to lie with their age? how much does it cost to obtain false age affidavit but true believers in Christ will not do that. why fencing them out of opportunity

  2. why should Nigeria refuse to develop. does it mean that people with 2.1 and above are most brilliant? we are only deceiving ourselves, these people should say that there is no job than giving all this criteria for getting a job.
