POST TITLE:   Training Manager (TM 001)

JOB PURPOSE:

 

To provide training and developmental programmes for employees and other professionals within and outside the insurance industry.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Plans, organizes, and directs a wide range of training activities for professionals within and outside the Insurance Industry,
• Designs and develops training programmes for the Academy,
• Manages the delivery of train programme.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• A good first degree in Insurance. Economics or any business related course,
• A second degree will be an added advantage,
• A minimum of 7 years experience, managing training function of a reputable organization.

POST TITLE:   Graduate Trainee (GT 001)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• A fresh graduate in any discipline with a 2.1 grade from a reputable Institution
• A minimum of 1 -2 years post NYSC experience,
• Good knowledge of computer application,
• Must not be more than 25years of age.
