POST TITLE:   Senior Internal Auditor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• (ACA/ ACCA/IIA) plus a degree, 12 years post ACA experience preferably in a multi-faceted sector,
• To plan, organize and carry out internal audit function, including the preparation of audit plan which fulfils the responsibilities of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resources needs,
• Thorough knowledge of the principles, procedures and practices of accounting and financial records and transactions,
• Good knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audit,
• Good knowledge of computerized accounting and auditing record keeping systems,
• Ability to maintain current knowledge of developments related to business matter of interest to internal audit, particularly legislation changes and developments as they affect properties, and new auditing techniques and practices,
• Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with other property and hospitality companies’ staff and to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing,
• To coordinate in conjunction with the General Manager (Accounts and Taxation) coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the other’s work but also well briefed on areas of concern,
• Ability to work unsupervised.

POST TITLE:   Accountant

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have B.Sc/HND (Accounting) with not less than 8 years experience in a manufacturing industry, computer literate and not above 40 years,
• Preparation of Profit and Loss Accounts, Balance sheet and fund flow statements. Budget. Budgetary control analysis, exception reports,
• Preparation and submission of the Units accounts, for the regular yearly audit by External Auditors
• Maintenance of the fixed assets registers,
• Periodic assets verification and stock taking, responsible for all bank matters, import and export, documentations, filing all tax returns and the statutory obligations,
• Preparation and verification of bank reconciliation.

POST TITLE:   Internal Audit Officers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have B.Sc/HND (Accounting) with not less than 5 years experience in a manufacturing industry, computer literate and not above 30 years.
• Pre-audit of Cash and Bank payment Vouchers. Cash and Bank Receipts, Debit/ Credit Notes Journal vouchers physical verification of all cash holdings on daily basis,
• Preparation and verification of bank reconciliation of the entire bank accounts maintained by the Unit, correctness of the rates applied in the interest charges, re-calculate the interest charged and all other bank charges like COT. VAT, Etc.,
• Verification of staff attendance in conjunction with the Personnel Department, check and review the accuracy of the monthly wages and salary payments including overtime/statutory deductions, verify statutory deductions and remittance,
• Ensure stocks taking are carried out according to the statutory procedures and instructions; physically verify the company fixed assets on regular basis.

POST TITLE:   Accounts Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have B.Sc/HND (Accounting) with not less than 3 years experience in a manufacturing industry, computer literate and not above 30 years,
• Preparation of month end profit and loss Account Balance sheet and Cash flow statements in conjunction with the Chief Accountant,
• Assist the Chief Accountant in Budget analysis preparation,
• Preparation of Management information data i.e flash reports, profit before tax,
• Preparation of creditors and debtors control accounts and age-analysis,
• Preparation of Cash and Bank payment Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations, Preparation of fixed assets register, stock control ledger and stock analysis reports and preparations of Audit schedules and tax returns on timely basis.

POST TITLE:   Procurement Officers

JOB LOCATION: Lagos and Abuja

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have B.Sc/HND in Purchasing and Supply, Membership of the institute of Purchasing and Supply will be added advantage, aged between 30-35 years with 4-5 years experience,
• Good knowledge of import procedures and documentation,
• Experience in sourcing material inputs from domestic markets,
• Excellent communication, skills and computer literacy.

POST TITLE:   IT Engineer 

JOB LOCATION: Abuja

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have B.Sc/HND in Computer Engineering,
• Installation of Desktops and Laptops,
• Configuring Network printer and Network Scanners,
• Set up LAN and WAN,
• Installation, configuration of Windows/XP/7, Microsoft outlook,
• Maintenance of Desktops and Laptops.
