Cardno Emerging Markets, Belgium is looking for candidates to work on technical assistance projects in Abuja, Nigeria.

POST TITLE:   Technical Assistance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields, additional relevant professional qualification will be considered as an asset,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• At least 5 years of professional experience in financial management or work as an economist,
• At least 3 years experience outside Nigeria,
• Good knowledge of EU financial and procurement regulations, procedures and project cycle management,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparation implementation of tenders and contract management according to the EOF rules and procedures,
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural team and a dynamic environment.
