POST TITLE:   Mechanical Engineers

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc./HND),
• A minimum of 5 years working experience with practical skills and ability to work without supervision,
• Experience in General building services with special knowledge with plumbering works and AC installations,
• Ability to use AutoCAD in Building Design is an added advantage.

POST TITLE:   Electrical Engineers

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering (B.Sc./HND),
• A minimum of 5 years working experience with practical skills and ability to work without supervision,
• Experience in General Building Services with special knowledge in Industrial Electrical, high voltage/low voltage and house wiring,
• Ability to use AutoCAD in building design is an added advantage.

POST TITLE:   Land Surveyors

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates should have B.Sc./HND in Surveying, a qualified member of the Institute is an added advantage with substantial progress at the professional at the professional examination,
• Ability to work without supervision and able to use modern survey equipment and interpret report (Real Time GPS),
• Knowledge of other surveying softwares will be an added advantage,
• Minimum of 3 years experience.

POST TITLE:   Civil/Structural Engineers

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Building Technology (B.Sc./HND),
• A minimum of 5 years working experience with practical skills, ability to work without supervision,
• Ability to use AutoCAD in Structural and Building designs,
• COREN registration is an added advantage.
