- MBA will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment and Selection,
- Salaries and Wages Administration,
- Human Resource Services/Welfare,
- Human Resource Information and Services,
- Industrial Relations,
- Review and implementation of HR Policies.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum of 5yrs working experience in Human Resource Practice,
- Ability to manage due process and procedures,
- Strong negotiating and presentation skills,
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion.
POST TITLE: Secretary
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- HND Secretarial Studies,
- Experience of 4 years on the job in an executive/corporate organization.
AGE: Not more than 35yrs.
POST TITLE: Financial Controller
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- B.Sc/HND Accounting, Finance or Business Administration,
- ICAN membership is a must,
- MBA is an added advantage,
- Must be proactive, possesses sound analytical leadership skills,
- Proficient in accounting software,
- Must have at least 10 years experience in production manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of accounting functions, budget and monthly accounting and financial report.
- Enforcement of financial discipline through prudent allocation and management of resources.
- Preparation of financial and business plan,
- Establishing cost control measures,
- Implementation of appropriate accounting processes,
- Ensuring efficient operations of budgetary controls,
- Preparations, implementation and review of budget.
AGE: 45 – 50yrs
POST TITLE: Facility Manager
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- B.Sc/HND in Estate Management;
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering,
- Building Tech. /Quantity Surveyor,
- Minimum 5yrs experience in a similar position. Candidate must be good leaders with proven technical and management skills.
AGE: 30 – 40years
POST TITLE: IT Officers/System Engineer:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- B.Sc/HND Computer Science.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Systems Installation, Operation, Troubleshooting, maintenance and Networking,
REQUIRED SKILL: - Knowledge of Accounting packages is an added advantage.
POST TITLE: Drivers
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- SSCE/GCE with valid driving license,
- 3 – 5yrs experience in a corporate organization with knowledge of Lagos Roads.
POST TITLE: Dispatched Rider
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- SSCE/GCE,
- 3 – 5yrs experience in a corporate organization.
