Job Title: Senior RF Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
              RF Planning and Optimization

• The person shall be mainly responsible for GSM/UMTS/HSPA + rollout and optimization support; 
• The job requires sound knowledge of GSM/UMTS/HSDPA networks, technical details like modulation schemes; 
• CQI and exercising judgment in performing optimization tasks; 
• Provide SME support and knowledge transfer to field engineers; 
• Analyzing drive test data and proposing antenna/parameter changes to; 
• optimize the coverage/capacity and data throughput of the UMTS/HSPA + network; 
• Perform link budget analysis, design criteria and traffic analysis; 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Sound knowledge of GSM/UMTS/HSDPA; 
• Ability to provide SME support and knowledge to field engineers more than average knowledge in transmission network design, RF planning optimization; 
• Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related fields with strong academic record. with 4 years minimum working experience
