POST TITLE: Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
THE CANDIDATE:
The Successful Candidate will:
1. Streamliner the status of the company with the regulators,
2. Develop products/services, market the existing contacts/leads, create new markets and channels,
3. Coordinate and harness resources to build the company to a greater height,
4. Work and relate within the financial services group structure for optimal results.
EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Strong initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision,
2. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite,
3. Strong and written communication skills,
4. Cost conscious and prudent.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Associate Chartered Institute of Insurance (ACII) plus Graduate Qualification.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in a brokerage or an Insurance/underwriting Firm.
3. Age not more than 35 years.
SALARY: Attractive: Flat and Productivity Based.
