POST TITLE: Key Account Managers (KAM04/2011)
LOCATION: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Structured planning of ail safer, activities ensuring that, at all times, Fleet Masters’ products and services are being-actively marketed and sold to as wide an audience as possible. This includes a rolling forecast of sales and activities in the market identifying performance shortfalls and recommending / implementing corrective actions.
- To manage the sales pipeline within CRM in order to deliver annual plan, concentrating on key account, management, renewals and new business development; including lead generation and prospecting to develop Fleet Masters’ business with car importers, vehicle finance/leasing companies, web portals and other automotive related companies.
- To obtain and effectively communicate information on Fleet Masters and competitor performance to aid development of future policies and business plans. Participate In development and execution of service delivery strategy; operations plan and budget including staffing requirements, to ensure revenue targets are achieved with strong focus on wallet targets.
- Develop tactical plan for the assigned team to achieve corporate and service delivery objectives and to enhance customer satisfaction in the areas of quality and delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must possess Bachelor’s degree at a level not below a lower second. MBA will be an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years post NYSC experience and not less than 3 years in strategic partners at senior management level is essential for this role.
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you must have great negotiation and closing skills.
- A background in outsourced accounts, tender writing with proven track record, and exposure to contracting sole or dual supply business will definitely be an advantage.
POST TITLE: Business Development Managers (BDM o4/2011)
LOCATION: Lagos, Abuja Port-Harcourt
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The role requires a knack for relationship building, trust, communication skills and rapport, Working with a diverse customer base from SMEs to large corporate clients, you will be charged with maintaining relationships, up and cross selling products, as well as identifying new opportunities to increase the business brought on through referrals or company expansions. This is a sales role in which candidates will need a proven sales and accounts management background.
- You will focus on selling a fully outsourced fleet management solution. Due to the nature of such complex solution, you will be aiming for sole or dual supply status. You will have overall responsibility for business development across a regional geographical territory or product group.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree at a level not below a lower second
- Minimum of 4 years post NYSC experience and not less than 1 year exposure in corporate sales and long sales cycles
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
- A sound knowledge of finance and leasing in will be an advantage.
