POST TITLE: Business Development Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will grow the company both financially and in terms of consumer awareness of the products. You will focus on increasing brand awareness and bringing in new customers. You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market by directing the sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. You will develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability,
2. You will be responsibilities for the performance and development of the Sales Representatives,
3. You will initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets,
4. You will maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. Consummate and credible sales professional selling sophisticated products,
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development management,
3. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
4. Proven drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring oral, email, telephone, and presentation
POST TITLE: Sales Representatives
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
