As part of its expansion process, our client, a leading Oil Servicing Conglomerate urgently requires the service of resourceful and experienced professional to fill the positions below:
JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager-Engine Overhauling
The Assistant Manager- Engine Overhauling of all engines in the company in order to meet organizational objectives. He evaluates engine conditions, performance data and implement overhauling plants as approved.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Mechanical Technician or Engine Expert from an accredited institution of higher education with a minimum of ten years experience,
2. Excellent knowledge in overhauling, repair and maintenance of diesel engines preferably Caterpillar and Cummins,
3. Solid Mechanical background and strong knowledge of diesel engine trouble shooting and experienced in working with diagnostic equipment,
4. Proven background in the supervision and management of a maintenance environment,
5. Very well organized, proactive, hands-on flexible and autonomous,
6. At least ten years in a top level functional engine overhauling role within the oil and Gas or Manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and consensus building skills: Sound management and planning skills: a proven track record in developing and administering a winning overhauling program is a must.
THE JOB:
This is a general maintenance work at the most complex level, responsible for general maintenance of company’s engineering based operations. The General Assistant Manager performs the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipments by staff and vendors, participates and managing the maintenance budget, inspects equipments and facilitates for performance verification and quality control, exchange information with management staff on operations and special projects, participates in maintenance of equipments and facilities by estimating labor, material an equipment requirements and coordinating staff to perform the work and coordinates approved vendor/contractors.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Technical Qualifications HND/B.Sc Mechanical engineering degree required. Concentration on Engine Reworking preferred. Emphasis is on performance and delivery of targets and stated goals.
2. At least ten years in a top level functional engine overhauling role within the oil and Gas or Manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and consensus building skills: Sound management and planning skills: a proven track record in developing and administering a winning overhauling program is a must
JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager-Mobile Crane Maintenance
THE JOB:
This Mobile Crane maintenance Assistant Manager perform the maintenance and repair of Mobile Cranes, oversees the maintenance and repair of the equipment by staff and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Electrical or Mechanical Technician from an accredited institution of ten years experience in maintenance, repair, and assembly of preferably Manitowoc/Grove mobile crane and other heavy equipment,
2. Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems,
3. Strong experience in electrical and electronic repairs as well as trouble shooting on mobile cranes,
4. Established knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair practices and procedure,
5. Proven background in the supervision and management of a workforce of skilled craftsmen in a maintenance environment,
6. At least ten years in a top level functional welding /carpentry maintenance role within the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and consensus building skills: a proven track record in developing and administering a winning maintenance carpentry is a must.
