POST TITLE: Senior Service Solutions Manager

DEPARTMENT: Account Service

LOCATION: Nigeria, Ghana, West Africa

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
1. Manage development of regional service marketing & competition
 
2. Strategy and business models
 
3. Manage account service planning, win-strategy development and sales lead analysis
 
4. Manage development of service solution based on deep understanding of customers demands;
 
5. Manage account service sales project operation and process:
 
6. Manage customer relationship with key accounts;
 
7. Manage account service business resource and performance
 
8. Achieve service sales targets (including sales amount and market position)


REQUIREMENTS: 

1. The candidate must have at least 5 years Telecom experience, and at least 3 years experience in telecom service sales business
 
2. Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic, Engineering, Economics or international trading or other relevant major
 
3. An ambitious self starter with outstanding communication and customer relations management skill
 
4. A result oriented strategic thinker with proven track record.
 
5. Rich account service sales or customer relationship build telecom financial analysis experience
 
6. Willing to work for three or more years in Nigeria or West Africa Region
 
7. A good team-player, a good organizer and coordinator, easy-going and be good at interpersonal communications and multicultural environment
 
8. Good computer skills at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 
 
1. Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company, Telecoms Vendor or ICT is preferred and is of top-priority,
 
2. Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or telecommunications Engineering or relevant Degree as applicable
 
3. Good Customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently
 
4. Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
 
5. Proficient in Microsoft office, (word, excel and PowerPoint)
 
6. Applicants should be open to learning new skills and technology
 
7. Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written
 
8. Must be ready for international project to the other African countries.
 
9. Successful applicants should be Goal-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills, and be a very good team player
 
10. The successful applicant should be good at information gathering and analysis
