Haier THERMOCOOL Jobs: Vacancies for Key Accounts Manager, Head of Category Cooling Solutions, Head of Category Kitchen Solutions


THE COMPANY:

The Band owned by HPZ Ltd  is a joint venture between PZ Cussons Nigeria and Haier Group. Nigerian consumers have trusted  the  Thermocool brand since the  1970s and have made  it their preferred choice. The refrigerators, freezers, A/Cs, Generators, Inverters, Microwaves DVDs, laptops, home theaters, washing  machine amongst many others, aim to deliver quality, reliability, service, innovation and customized  solution to all Nigerian households and offices
Due to our rapid growth and increasing market share, vacancies exist for experienced and result driven professionals in the following roles:


The successful candidates will be required  to:

1. Manage  and  develop minimum of 4 & maximum of  6  customers 
2. Develop customer  capability for  managing  trade  marketing  initiatives 
3. Effectively manage customer stock turnaround and  service level into credit  
4. Develop & implement systems  &  process  for the  key accounts
 
5. Measure & improved customer profitability 
6. Develop skills for customer’s sales representatives.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must possess the followings:

1. Possess minimum of  in or  related disciplines 
2. Have good  communication skills 
3. Have  excellent interpersonal skills 
4. Have  good knowledge of  inventory
 
5. Be  exceptional at  relationship
 
6. Experience  in  Key/Account    would be an added  advantage



The successful candidates  will be  required to:

1. Manage the largest categories  in the business with huge growth potentials 
2. Lead  a  team  of  product Managers in the delivery of the Group long and  short  term  objectives both strategic and  financial in regards to all our cooling categories. 
3. Creatively shape and drive the direction of the category 
4. Identify opportunities  in the  market, driven by a  deep understanding of the consumer and the  Nigerian market dynamics 
5. Be a leader with the vision to achieve number 1 market position in the Air conditioning category using the full range of marketing tools available.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must possess the followings:

1. Have  strong academic qualifications  (minimum degree level, is  preferred), 
2. Have a proven and successful track record in marketing or related role within  the Air conditioning  industry, 
3. The ideal candidate will have a technical background as well as strong knowledge of the  Nigerian market and  consumers, 
4. Possess good leadership skills for the achievement of team’s objectives, 
5. Have excellent skills to be able to set direction and  also micro-manage issues for successful project delivery, 
6. Be strong  in financial and excellent with numbers, 
7. Be able to quickly and effectively translate the feedback from the market into appropriate strategies and tactics.


The successful candidates will be required to:

1. Manage the largest  and most  important  group of product  categories  in the business Lead a team of  product Managers  in the delivery of the Group long and short term objective  both strategic and financial regards to all our kitchen product categories, 
2. Creatively shape and direction of all the categories, 
3. Identify opportunities  in the market, driven by deep understanding of the consumer and the  Nigerian  market dynamics, 
4. Be a leader  with the  vision to achieve of  maintain number 1 market position in all the kitchen categories using the full range of marketing tools available.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must possess the followings:

1. Have strong academic qualifications (minimum degree level, is  preferred) 
2. Have a proven and successful track record in marketing or related roles ideally within the Home Appliances industry 
3. Have strong knowledge of the Nigerian market and consumers 
4. Possess good leadership skills for the achievement of teams objectives 
5. Have excellent skills to be  able to set direction and also micro-manage issues for successful project delivery 
6. Be strong in financial   and excellent with numbers 
7. Be able to quickly and effectively translate the feedback from the market into appropriate strategies and tactics.
