POST TITLE: Territorial Malinger: Ref: email tmnw@sfhnigeria.org
LOCATION: North West (based in Kano)
JOB PROFILE:
This is a Manager/ Senior Manager position. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Northern Operations,
1. He/she will be responsible for translating, planning, coordinating and executing all SFH field based programme activities and also ensure Product sales and distribution in assigned territory,
2. He/she will translate policy and provide strategic direction as well as leadership for all programmes, and sales and distribution activities in the territory,
3. The Territorial Manager must understand the culture and traditions of people in this territory.
REQUIREMENTS:
The desired candidate:
Must possess a first degree or its equivalent in social sciences, Biological Sciences or health/Medical Sciences,
A Masters degree in Public health or any Medical Science, is compulsory,
Must possess a minimum of ten (10) years cognate experience, in a similar or related function, six of which should be in programme management, preferably in a reputable NGO,
Must possess very strong analytical skills with high dexterity for achieving targets,
Must be a good team leader.
POST TITLE: Regional Manager: Ref: email: rmuw@sfhnigeria.org
JOB PROFILE:
This is a Deputy Manager/ Manager position. Reporting to the Territorial Manager,
1. He/she will coordinate all the SFH programme related activities and/or interventions at the regional level,
2. With the support of the Territorial Manager, the person will ensure the successful implementation of all SFH programme related activities within that region,
3. The successful candidate must be able to communicate proficiently in dominant language of the region and must be attuned to and comfortable with the culture/traditions of the people.
REQUIREMENTS:
The desired candidate:
1. Must possess a first degree in health/biological sciences, social sciences, Pharmacy or communication art,
2. A masters degree in Public health will be an added advantage,
3. Must possess a minimum of five (5) cognate experience in a similar or related function, preferably in a reputable NGO,
4. Must have high sense of responsibility and integrity and have drive for continuous learning and knowledge sharing,
5. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and function effectively as a team member and as the supervisor of a large team.
