JOB TITLE: Project Managers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead project planning sessions with our clients with a view to agreeing on project scope, resource allocation and meeting set deliverables within agreed timelines, quality and cost estimation.

REQUIREMENTS:
 

1. Candidates must possess minimum of  Bachelors  degree/HND in computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, statistics or other related disciplines,
 

2. Professional qualifications in  service management and project management,

3. Should have a minimum of 7 years in consulting and customer facing project and/or service management roles,
 

4. Experience in leading technical teams in business and financial software implementation environment.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
 

1. Ability to effectively manage assigned resources, including  providing leadership and timely feedback on their varied activities,
 

2. Track record of delivering projects within agreed timescales, to a high quality, and expending the least cost,
 

3. Good knowledge of business software implementation e.g. sunSystems, SAP,CRM or HCM applications will be an advantage
 

4. Good working knowledge of project management methodology and tools
Ability to build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships at all levels of customer organization.

 

JOB TITLE: Software QA Tester
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be a key participant in our test strategy development, test case creation, test script development, test execution, defect tracking and reporting, amongst others.

REQUIREMENTS:
 

1. Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelors degree/HND in Computer Science or related disciplines from a reputable institution.
 

2. ISEB or other Test Qualifications would be an added advantage.

3. Experience in an in house software development and testing environment.
 

4. Experience in the design and skillful use of automated software tests techniques.
 
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Demonstrable knowledge of  Agile methodologies
 

2. Must possess excellent documentation and  QA methodology skills as they relate  to rest planning, design, execution and  results  analysis
 

3. Must possess excellent analytical, problem solving and time  management skills
 

4. Must  possess experience in performing structured quality assurance analyst duties
