POST TITLE: Officer Warehousing
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/PURPOSE:
1. To ensure end to end on time delivery of capex and opex inventory management of items,
2. To ensure waste control and optimization of all resources,
3. Expected End Results,
4. Supporting Activities,
5. Ensure a proper warehouse inventory management,
6. Ensure compliance to all processes,
7. To coordinate with user for smooth functioning,
8. Management of Warehouse Asset,
9. To keep track of loan material/returnable material/faulty material,
10. Inventory control, fixing of reorders level and ensuring availability of material,
11. Ensure the Repair, Return and insurance of items,
12. Warehouse space utilization Oracle updation and month end closure,
13. Security of material and warehouse,
14. Outsource Vendor Management,
15. Coordinate timely feedback/ response to Queries and on time escalation on issues,
- Relationship management between End user and Vendor
- Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders/ Payments
REPORTING:
1. Activities reporting and measuring key deliverables.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
2. Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)

POST TITLE: Senior Specialist-Warehousing
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/PURPOSE:
1. To ensure end to end on time delivery of capex and opex inventory management of items.
2. To ensure waste control and optimization of all resources
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
2. Masters would be preferred additional qualification,
3. Relevant 7 years of varied experience in Telecom,
4. Minimum of 3 years in Managing Position,
5. Sound understanding and extensive experience in Logistics and Warehousing,
6. Experience in Logistics and Warehousing, Purchasing and Supply.
FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to innovate and deliver value to business at multiple levels will play an important role,
2. Ability to manage large scale with a very wide geographical scope across Nigeria,
3. Ability to manage an outsourcing partner to deliver business solution.
