REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidates will be required to:

1. Contribute to establishment of policies, procedure and work schedule for Administration Department,
 
2. Identify needs, evaluate options and make recommendations on procurement,
 
3. Maintain a safe and secure working environment,
 
4. Provide leadership to team members by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results; initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures,

5. Process requirements, negotiate prices and ensure delivery of quality goods and services,

6. Complete special projects by organising and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging and meeting schedules; monitoring results,
 
7. Ensure the provision of business supportive infrastructure and facilities.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must:

1. Strong knowledge of facilities management,
 
2. Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirement,
 
3. Have first degree in any business or field with a minimum of 2;2 from a reputable institution of higher learning,
 
4. Have a minimum of 7 years experience; 3 must be at similar role in a reputable company.



REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate will be required to:

1. Implement effective HR strategies aimed to acquire and retain highly motivated workforce that will drive Guinea Insurance strategic objectives.
 
2. Implement an enterprise-wide performance management framework that will drive enterprise, business unit and individual performance and career development against defined key performance indicators
 
3. Implement an effective manpower plan that will drive the recruiting and retaining key talent
 
4. Implement Guinea Insurance training curriculum & plan to ensure optimal competencies and skills for each job role within Guinea Insurance
 
5. Coordinate employee reward strategies, policies and programmes.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must:

1. Have working knowledge of all aspect of human resources functional areas,
 
2. Have working  knowledge of Nigerian Labour law and related statutes,
 
3. Have first degree in any business or  field from a reputable institution of higher learning,
 
4. Have minimum of 2.1/Upper credit,
 
5. Have a minimum of two years experience in an HR role.

POST TITLE: Head, Risk Management

REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidate will be required to:

1. Deliver efficient  underwriting. Claims,  Reinsurance and survey operations in the company.
 
2. Contribute to the overall strategic positioning of  Guinea insurance  Plc.
 
3. Contribute to developing and maintaining strong relationship with Brokers,
 
4. Agents and Clients with a view to fostering goodwill for the Company
 
5. Work in concert with risks Management service providers to ensure prudent and scientific assessment and rating of risks in order to achieve and sustain underwriting profit.
 
6. Ensure the adoption of proactive underwriting, claims and reinsurance method and advise management and direct reports alike of latest developments and trends in the market
 
7. Formulate and ensure Implementation of the company’s technical policies
 
8. Liaise with the other departments in the Company to ensure proper and timely rendering of returns and documents.
 
9. Supervise the day to day activities in the department
 
10. Motivate and Identify the training needs and manpower development of staff in the department
 
11. Participate in the development of new products to service new and existing clients.
 
12. Contribute to the development of Guinea’s corporate Marketing Strategy.
 
13. Ensure customers satisfaction at all times.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must

1. Possess first degree / with a minimum of second class lower division in / from a reputable institution of higher learning

2. Be an Associate Membership of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria / London
 
3. A sound knowledge of General Insurance underwriting; claims administration, reinsurance end survey operations
 
4. Minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience, 5 of which must be at similar role in a leading insurance company.

11. Possess ability to exhibit tact and diplomacy in negotiations
 
12. Demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
 
13. For all leading role relevant training from leading business schools would be a clear advantage.
