Haier THERMOCOOL Jobs: Vacancies for Category Sales Development Manager, Sales Analyst, Trade Marketing Manager


THE COMPANY:

The Band owned by HPZ Ltd is a joint venture between PZ Cussons Nigeria and Haier Group. Nigerian consumers have trusted the Thermocool brand since the 1970s and have made  it their preferred choice. The refrigerators, freezers, A/Cs, Generators, Inverters, Microwaves DVDs, laptops, home theaters, washing  machine amongst many others, aim to deliver quality, reliability, service, innovation and customized  solution to all Nigerian households and offices

Due to our rapid growth and increasing market share, vacancies exist for experienced and result driven professionals in the following roles:


The successful candidates will be required to:

1. Push emerging categories & NDP products, 
2. Identify channel opportunities and support frontline sales, 
3. Carry out specific market analysis and penetration strategy, 
4. Phase & phase out units, 
5. Activate consumer promotions, 
6. Train and develop trade personnel for technical selling, 
7. Execute competition analysis and report findings.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidates must possess the followings:

1. Have a minimum of first degree in Science or Engineering 2. Have a minimum of five (5) years sales/Marketing experience in Engineering, consumers  durable products  like generators, freezers, fridges, inverters, cars etc. 3. Be in the mid thirties, 4. Have good analytical skills to analyze trade data, 5. Have good communication skills, 6. Love travelling and be willing to travel extensively, 7. Be an extrovert, 8. Be willing to take up higher level of responsibilities and work under pressure.


POST TITLE: Sales Analyst

The successful candidates will be required to:

1. Support demand planning through the analysis of regional and category performance based  on historical perspectives, 
2. Analyse economic data for support in budgeting process, 
3. Analyse competitors activities and its impact on sales, 
4. Analyse impact of price changes & promotional activities on ROI, 
5. Support and challenge regional & category performance, 
6. Develop reporting  format for effective regional & national category performance.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidates must possess the followings:

1. Be a graduate in /Mathematics/Science, 
2. Have excellent data analyzing skills, 
3. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Database softwares, 
4. Have knowledge of statistical process control, 
5. Have experience in sales, marketing or banking  industry.



The successful candidates will required to:

1. Effectively manage the communication & implementation of regional marketing  activities, 
2. Conduct field audit of retail franchised showrooms to improve brand visibility, 
3. Effectively implement market activation plans for NPD products and other promotional activities, 
4. Develop regional team capabilities, 
5. Support implementation of CRM solutions, 
6. Prepare plan for trade marketing activities by closely working with category managers.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must possess . Marketing, Marketing

1. Be member of CIMN, 
2. Have 6 years relevant working experience, 
3. Possess excellent oral & written communication skills, 
4. Enjoy travelling, 
5. Be able to work well under pressure.
