POST TITLE: Head Customer Services (Ref: HCS 016)
LOCATION: Lagos
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Developing and achieving performance goals (long/short term) and objectives in order to achieve customer promise expectations,
2. Manage and ensure resolution of customer complaints and work towards non-repetition of the same issues based on quality of service and expected level of service,
3. Measure the performance and acceptance of customer service delivery and implement changes to advance customer understanding and use of service and product,
4. Follow up on every client that called in for support, re-opening unsatisfactorily resolved issues and monitor progress to a complete arid satisfactory resolution,
5. Present to management periodic statistics and report on total number of renewals, total number of reported problems, total number of closed and pending issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. A relevant degree in public or business administration or in human resources management,
2. Minimum of six (6) years working experience in customer service management or related activities,
3. Outstanding diplomacy that will consistently produce win-win results for the customer and the company,
4. Good knowledge of computer use as well as good interpersonal and communication skills,
5. Ability to deal patiently with complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult people,
6. Absolute passion for ensuring great customer service experience with every customer,
7. Good leadership skills and ability to create ideas to ameliorate customer service standards.
POST TITLE: Web Design Administration (Ref: WDA 017)
LOCATION: Lagos
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design and maintain corporate and brand websites,
2. Update websites with appropriate news of all corporate and brand event,
3. Manage the organization’s intranet as well as other online-based communication and operational applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. A relevant degree or certification in related discipline,
2. A minimum of two (2) years experience in website development and management,
3. Creative ability and inter-personnel skills,
4. Proven record of website design, execution and management,
5. Good command of English both in spoken and written.
