Micro-Finance Bank Job: Vacancy for Managing Director

A reputable Micro-Finance Bank based in Abuja is urgently in need of a result oriented person to occupy the below vacant position:

POST TITLE: Managing Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the formulation of policies that will be of advantage to the organization,
 

2. Preparing, analyzing and interpreting of financial statements to the Board,
 

3. To ensure appropriate reports are generated for both Board and CBN,
 

4. Implementation of financial and accounting policies and ensuring compliance with procedures,
 

5. Must ensure that the Bank is run profitably and professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be computer literate,
 

2. Must have cognate experience in a similar position,
 

3. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
 

4. Must be versatile in the usage of Banking Software’s,
 

5. Must be conversant with CBN Prudential guidelines and other related rules governing Banking Operations.

QUALIFICATION: 

1. B.Sc in Accounting, Banking and Finance or any other Social Sciences Courses,

2. Must be a Chartered Banker,
 

3. Must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a similar organization.
