Our firm, an ICT solutions company requires the services of candidates to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Technical Sales Analyst (TSA)


LOCATION:  Abuja


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES TSA:

1. Determine clients’ business requirements and develop appropriate hardware and soft ware solution to meet those needs,
 
2. Demonstrates the technical capabilities of proffered solutions to clients,
 
3. Ensures all commercial and technical aspects of a sales team to identify opportunities for advance systems business,
 
4. Offer after-sales systems support such as installation and training in collation with the technical support team.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidate must possess B.Sc in computing, Business information system, information Technology with IT content,
 
2. Have a strong presentation and demonstration skills,
 
3. Good knowledge of Server Operating Systems, Database systems,
 
4. TCP/IIP networking and competitive vendors’ technologies,
 
5. Be ready to travel up to 50% of his time,
 
6. 2-3 years active sales or marketing experience in a technology company involved in hardware and  software sales.


POST TITLE:   Quality Assurance Executive


LOCATION:  Lagos

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES QAE:

1. Ensure Customer Care Management system is operating effectively,
 
2. Provide Quarterly analysis of all customer satisfaction reports for management reviews to facilitate development of improvement actions and programs,
 
3. Ensure customer requirements are translated into our business processes,
 
4. Provide functional support for ISO 9001 and Quality programmes.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidates must possess B.Sc/HND in social Science/Humanities/Science,
 
2. 2 years experience in Quality Assurance Department,
 
3. High level of communication skills and good inter-personal relationship,
 
4. Good analytical mind, understanding of the business processes,
 
5. Computer Literate.
