We require suitable qualified candidates to fill the positions below

POST TITLE:   controller

JOB LOCATION: 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in the process of developing and reviewing budgets units,
2. Provide accurate cash-flow projections to Management,

3. Provide monthly budget reports to the company and to budget holders, working closely with them to enable them to make accurate decisions,

4. Work on the development of the annual budget,

5. Lead on any recommendations that are suggested in the audit report,

6. Act as the first point of contact for the auditors, and communicate with them to ensure all questions can be answered efficiently,

7. Prepare the draft annual statutory accounts,

8. Ensure timely payment of debtors and invoicing of creditors,

9. Oversee payroll pension and tax contribution payments, in conjunction with company’s payroll, pension funds.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings,

2. Masters Degree in or Accounting,

3. 5-10 years experience in senior-level or accounting positions,

4. Relevant professional qualification,

5. Ability to work under pressure.


POST TITLE:

1. Working closely with other departments and assisting the line managers in understanding and implementing procedures and policies,

2. Recruiting staff which includes creating and developing job descriptions, providing support in preparing advertisements, screening application forms, short-listing the candidates, interviewing and selecting them.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree in business management, , psychology or social administration from an accredited university,

2. Bachelor’s degree in  or business related,

3. Post graduation in personnel or ,

4. Good organizational and interpersonal skills,

5. Ability to understand comprehensive information,

6. Basic numeracy and IT skills required for operating various systems,

7. Ability to interpret, analyze, and explain the official framework employment regulation.


POST TITLE:   Performance Management Officer 

JOB LOCATION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review organizational goals to relate with preferred organizational outcomes in terms of quality, quantity, cost or timeliness,

2. Specify preferred results, called goal setting, for the employees,

3. Identify first-level measures by considering most reliable, valid, practical measurements to evaluate the accomplishment of employee’s desired results,

4. Identify standards for evaluating the achieved results in terms of below expectations, exceeds expectations, and meets expectations,

5. Document a performance plan that includes measures, desired results, and standards,

6. Conduct ongoing measurement and observations to track an employee performance exchanging ongoing feedback on performance to them,

7. Conduct a performance appraisal or performance review and reward for performance if an employee meets the desired performance level.
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field from an accredited university,

2. Master degree in related management field is an advantage,

3. 3-5 years experience in performance management related activities,

4. Knowledge of performance management tools,

5. Ability to operate and communicate well with levels of employees,

6. High-level proficiency in Microsoft office suite,

7. Excellent time management, performance management, and leadership skills.
