A Transport and Logistics Company in Nigeria requires the services of an experienced personnel to fill the positions below:

REPORTING LINE:

Positions report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

LOCATIONS:  , State


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Advise the company on all legal issues and liaise with external solicitors and generally represent the company on suits,
 
2. Ensure that company meets all its statutory requirements e.g filings at CAC of Board resolutions, Annual returns etc,
 
3. Ensure that deliberations at board meetings, board meeting resolution and other actions of the company are within the legal instruments establishing the company and not contrary to any statutory legislation and ensure implementation and follow up of same.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidate must possess from a reputable University on full time study,
 
2. Membership of Nigerian Bar Association of its equivalent is essential,
 
3. Ten (10) years experience as of a medium sized company,
 
4. Computer literacy,
 
5. Experience in Nigerian Litigation procedures essential and Company Secretariat Administration.


POST TITLE:  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate and manage activities in MD/CEO’s Office,
 
2. Prepare the MD/CEO itinerary for internal and external functions,
 
3. Receive reports, collate, analyze and submit executive report and feed back,
 
4. Monitor and keep abreast of set targets and intimate the MD/CEO of issues that may affect target and group objectives,
 
5. Coordinate the establishment of new business ventures,
 
6. Make travel arrangements of the CEO,
 
7. Arrange appointments, maintain CEO calendar, and answer enquiries with discretion.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidate must possess 1st degree from full time studies  (Minimum of second class upper) in Accounting, and financial Studies,
 
2. Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in a  structured environment out of which at least 3 years must have been spent as Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive in the  private sector,
 
3. Must have good knowledge of  Accounting
 
4. Must be computer literate-adept at using Microsoft Office suite, spread sheet, adobe, power point etc.
 
5. Age not more than 40 years old,
 
6. Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills,
 
7. Ability to work for long hours, independently, meet demanding deadlines, and ready to travel at short notice,
 
8. Vast experience in office administration.
