THE ORGANIZATION:

Our client, a leading multinational finance services organization entering  into Nigeria is seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Accounts Administrator x2 (Ref: Adm002)

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this role is responsible for day to day transaction processing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for generating end processing transactions,
 

2. Handles general accounts queries,
 

3. Checks the amounts to be paid and  received by business unit,
 

4. Arranges payment of bills and accounts,
 

5. Keeps records of financial transactions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

1. Applicant must possess first (B.sc) degree in Accounting,
 

2. 3 years relevant experience.

POST TITLE:   Executive PA  (Ref: Adm003)

Reporting to the CEO, this role provides PA support to senior Management

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. In general accountable for the PA support to managers at executive level,
 

2. Could be accountable for the management of one or more staff members,
 

3. Accountable for the coordination of other PA’s deliveries in the BU,

4. Strong focus on dealing with escalated queries from clients, customers and other stakeholders with potential for brand damage,

5. Often accountable for the resolution of escalations without the involvement of the senior manager.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Applicant must possess a first degree (B.sc) in Secretarial / Admin,
 

2. Should have at least 3 years experience in similar role,
 

3. Strong skills with the MS Office suite.
