THE ORGANIZATION:

Our client, a leading multinational finance services organization entering  into Nigeria is seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Accountant – Senior Financial Product (Ref: Mid003)

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is focused on the following: execution of the business plan and for governance and compliance at an operational level and product profitability analysis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Generates internal and external management reports,
 

2. Develops, reports on and interprets cost drivers, KPIs and benchmarks,
 

3. Provides commentary on financial results and implications and advises on corrective action to be taken,
 

4. Interacts with business unit line managers on financial outcomes, expense trends, etc.,
 

5. Provides financial assistance and training to line managers.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE;

1. Candidate must have a  first degree in Accounting,
 

2. Must be ICAN or ACCA certified,
 

3. Should have 6 years relevant experience.

POST TITLE:  Senior Administration Specialist (Ref: Mid004)

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Distribution, this role utilizes expert knowledge in the specific fields of administration/product/process to resolve technical and complex problems, usually in support of administrative queries/issues.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Acts as a point  of escalation for matters with higher level of complexity than those  handled by administrative staff,

2. Acts as a consultant with regards to decision making of operational and/or tactical importance .,,
 

3. Could act as an expert resource or major projects or could be accountable for the delivery of projects within the company,
 

4. May act as a coach for specialist staff,
 

5. Could be accountable for major administration processes and the project management thereof (usually with an extended timeline  in excess of a month).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Applicants must possess a first degree from a reputable university,

2. 6 years experience required.

POST TITLE:   Senior Broker Consultant x2 (Ref: Mid005)

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Distribution, this role forms the integral link between the company and brokers and manages assigned brokers

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Markets services and products to brokers or clients,
 

2. Markets value proposition,
 

3. Develops and finds new business,
 

4. Builds relationship with brokers,
 

5. Support brokers from a product and technical perspective.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidate must possess a degree (B.sc) from a reputable university,
 

2. A post graduate degree  (PGD) or professional qualification will be  an added advantage,

3. 6 years relevant experience required.
