A Travel Agency with office in Lekki is seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the below positions in its office.
POST TITLE: Ticketing and Reservation Officers
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidates are expected to possess the necessary skill and experience in reservation and issuance of tickets in a manner that will ensure service efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates are expected to possess a first degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other management science and the Humanities.
- In addition, candidates must possess a certificate in Ticketing and reservation and at least five years cognate experience in a similar position from a reputable travel agency.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary for interactions with all stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and public relations
- Strong personality with focus on achievement of business targets
- Sound IT Knowledge
- Must be creative, innovative and result driven
- Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age.
POST TITLE: Sales/Marketing Officers
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales/ Marketing officers are expected to market the services of the agency to boost market share and ensure continued growth of the organization.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates are expected to possess a first degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other management science and the Humanities.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary for interactions with all stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and public relations
- Strong personality with focus on achievement of business targets
