POST TITLE: Project Managers: PM
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess a BSC /HND in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying / Building Technology with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Building Construction; of which at least 2 years have been management and administration. Project management certification and information technology proficiency will be an advantage.
POST TITLE: Facility Managers (PM)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess a B.Sc /HND in Civil Engineering/ Building Technology,
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Facility Maintenance or a related field is required,
- Candidates must be good leaders with proven technical and management skills who will coordinate and provide technical direction for the development design and system integration of projects.
POST TITLE: Project Engineers: PE
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess a BSC /HND in Building Technology or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, competent in the use of engineering design program and ability to co-ordinate the activities of the project sites.
POST TITLE: Quantity Surveyors (QS)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess a B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying,
- Candidates must have a minimum of years cognate experience in the consulting or contracting environment,
- Candidates must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft office tools and familiar with Microsoft Project software.
POST TITLE: Senior Project Engineers (SPE)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess a B.Sc /HND in Building Technology or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in construction supervision.
POST TITLE: Marketers, Sales Representatives (MSR)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess HND in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years on-the field marketing experience in building materials, furniture and sanitary ware are a prerequisite for consideration
POST TITLE: Project Architects (PA)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess a BSC /MSC in Architecture,
- At least 3 years post certificate experience,
- Ability to use AutoCAD /ArchiCAD.
POST TITLE: Mechanical and Electrical Engineers (MEE)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess a BSC /HND/ND in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical
- Engineering with the ability to diagnose and rectify faults,
- A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Facility Maintenance or a related field is a prerequisite.
POST TITLE: Hardware Technician (HT)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or HND with 3-5years experience in this field Also,
- Candidates with P.T.C Trade Test or City and Guide qualification with a minimum of 10 years experience can apply,
POST TITLE: Installation Engineers (IE)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess an ND in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years cognate installing sanitary ware and furniture.
POST TITLE: Store Keeper (SK)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must be Computer literate OND holders with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience proficiency in Microsoft Access programs will be an added advantage.
POST TITLE: Secretary (SE)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must have a first degree preferably in Secretarial Administration with a high level of computer proficiency (MS Office Suite),
- A minimum of 5 years experience is required,
- Candidates must have a high level of integrity, excellent interpersonal relationship skills, good communication skills, and excellent command over the English Language, tremendous self-confidence, passion for excellence and perfection, analytical thinking capacity, good planning capability and time management skills,
- Candidates must have the willingness to learn, capacity to work under continuous stress, ability to patiently handle difficult task and face tough situations. Proficiency in shorthand/speed writing is essential.
