POST TITLE:   General Manager

As General Manager, you will be expected to profitably manage the organization, overseeing every area of the organization -operations, reservations, customer care and special projects.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Should possess a GOOD degree in a business related field and at least 10 years work experience – at least 5 of which should be in the hospitality industry,
  • Experience in planning and financial oversight will be an advantage,
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization,
  • Excellent proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting.

POST TITLE:    Executive Secretary/Assistant

To provide support to the CEO – providing a variety of secretariat, data-collection and administrative functions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • The position requires someone who is thorough, dependable as well as timely and efficient.
  • The individual will be expected to handle a large volume of non-routine tasks,
  • Major pre-requisites for the position are the use of initiative, and a high degree of discretion in handling sensitive information in a fully confidential and trustworthy fashion,
  • Must possess the following interpersonal traits: tact, courtesy, patience, adaptability, resourcefulness and good judgement.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • A good degree with additional training in the field of management /administrative studies or a related field,
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible office management, administrative or secretarial experience.

POST TITLE:   Senior Office Manager

The position provides administrative support to the Head of Administration as well as General administration for the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requires someone who is standards driven and has excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills – possessing tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgement,
  • Articulate and computer literate with a good standard of typing,
  • Should also possess strong mathematical skills and high levels of initiative, drive and the ability to cope under pressure,
  • Will be required to apply common sense and understanding in carrying out duties. Confidentiality is required at all times due to the nature of information being exposed.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Must possess a university degree and prior experience of at least 2-3 years in an administrative type role. Being able to multi-task will be an advantage.
