THE ORGANIZATION:

A Leading International Oil and Gas based in Nigeria is inviting suitable candidates to apply for the under-listed positions that exist in her clients organisation.

POST TITLE:   Scheduling and Project Controls Engineer

Scope of Service include but not limited to the followings:

• Identifies scope of schedule activities and determine milestones to support project schedule,
• Determines schedule dates for work activities within a discipline area or specialty. Continuously assists discipline or specialty engineers in developing their individual work plans and knowledge of overall discipline requirements,
• Assists in developing specific project codes of accounts and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions,
• Assists discipline groups in determining what information is required from other disciplines to support and interface with the assigned discipline or specialty,
• Evaluate quantities, job hours/staffing, and schedule logic for a specific discipline or specialty,
• Prepares schedule, staffing, and quantity progress and performance reports for assigned disciplines or specialties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree from a reputable university,
• Minimum 8 years experience in scheduling and project controls related functions on complex EPC projects preferably in the Oil and Gas industry,
• Skilled in Primavera P3.1 scheduling software or later versions (preferably P6.0),
• Knowledge in the use of computers for executing work processes, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
• Experience in performing quantity takeoffs, statistical analysis and computer operations,
• Skilled in understanding technical processes, engineering drawings, quantity determinations, mathematical and financial reports,
• Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and startup work processes.

POST TITLE:   Xmas Tree / IWOCS Engineer


Scope of Service include but not limited to the followings:

• Manage the Company Project team dedicated to the Xmas Tree / Wellheads / IWOCS element of the SPS Package to ensure the technical, budget and schedule objectives for the Xmas Tree / Wellheads / IWOCS are met and that the responsibilities of the job description are effectively discharged,
• Liaise with other disciplines (particularly Manifolds and SCS) and Packages (UFR, FPSO. Drilling and Field Operation teams) to ensure cross-package and inter-contract compliance and consistency in installation and operation,
• A strong interaction with company drilling team is required to ensure equipment provided from the SPS Contract is coherent with completion design and suited for installation and operation from the Drill rigs,
• Follow-up of the detailed engineering, manufacture, FAT, EFAT and SIT for the Xmas Tree / Wellheads/ IWOCS and related equipment for the company and any future associated field developments to ensure compliance with contract specifications and requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Professional engineer preferably M.Sc.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Xmas Tree / Wellheads / IWOCS equipment,
• Previous offshore experience interfacing with Drilling Contractors is a distinct advantage.
