POST TITLE: Head Cargo / Courier Division
OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:
To deliver flawless customer service in efficient and profitable manner.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Articulate, direct, drive and coordinate corporate and marketing strategies of cargo/ courier business of the company in alignment with corporate vision and vision.
- Direct and coordinate all company’s cargo/courier activities including operations & Logistics
- Effectively service existing contracts in line with service level agreements while developing and sourcing new contracts to expand the customer base.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 10years experience out of which 5 must be in cargo/courier business management at the level of a CEO or General Manager,
- Degree /HND in social sciences, business administration,
- Possession of a masters degree and professional qualification in transport and logistics, supply chain management, marketing will be added advantage,
- Computer Literacy including application of technology (soft ware inclusive) to deliver cutting edge customer service,
- Experience in leading large team in various cargo/courier locations.
