POST TITLE:   Head Human Resources

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop, define and implement HR strategy, with particular focus on maintaining and improving employer/ employee relations, employee engagement and talent management within the business.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• BSC degree  in  related  disciplines. A Post graduate diploma or certificate in  Human Relations/Management or membership of relevant professional body will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years experience with years as Head HR. Proven track record in human resource management and passion for driving change and continuous improvement,
• Ability to work without supervision and motivate staff.

POST TITLE:   Human Resources Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

POST TITLE:   HES Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the development, rollout and maintenance of HES including and procedures, incorporating new requirements in line with industry.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Applicant should have B.sc degree in health and safety, Engineering, Safety or risk Studies with 10 years of experience in HES with at least 5 years’experience in the oil and gas industry
• .Proven capacity of leadership in managing HES  audits, incident investigations, reporting and  performance management,
• Farniliar with the development of HAZOPs, HAZIDs etc.

POST TITLE:   HES Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Visibly support the rollout and maintenance of HSE standards and procedures in line  with the latest industry approach and improvements.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Applicants must possess B.sc degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, Safety or Risk Management or Environmental Studies with at least 3 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Capacity to handle audits, incident investigations, reporting and performance management

POST TITLE:   Logistics Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan and implement logistic activities dealing  with well drilling and other challenging of E&P logistics that  involves movement of personnel, goods and services by air, land  and sea. An experienced Logistics Coordinator who will handle this assignment is needed to join the team.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Applicants should possess B.sc/HND in Business or related fields with minimum of 10 years relevant experience. Membership of Supply Chain Management Professional body is an advantage.
• Must have worked in the Oil industry for a minimum of 5 years with proven high level of integrity and ability to work without close supervision.

POST TITLE:   Operations/Maintenance Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinates and is responsible for the effective deployment of available human and material resources to ensure uninterrupted production, processing, storage, loading, transportation and discharge of hydrocarbon subject to a sound HES standard practice.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Applicant must possess B.sc /HND in Engineering with minimum of 10 years relevant experience
• Must have worked on a petroleum process plant (offshore experience is an advantage)
• Familiar with Safety requirements.

POST TITLE:  Procurement Officer
