POST TITLE:   Purchasing Officer

Successful candidate will have a deep understanding and passion for a five approach to service delivery and guest satisfaction. Outstanding communication skill, a strong work ethic, a desire to work as part of a creative team. Salary very competitive.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or HND,
• Minimum of 1 years experience,
• Very good command of English,
• Completed Basic computer (MS Word and Excel).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To purchase all food and beverage items for the Hotel and supervise the delivery and storing of these items,
• To log all orders,
• To maintain correct invoicing and billing procedures,
• To carry out market comparisons of suppliers,
• To meet health and safety requirements of the storing of all food items.

POST TITLE:   Food and Beverage Supervisor:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have HND or B.Sc in Hotel and Catering Management with relevant experience of 5 years in an organization.

POST TITLE:   Front Officer Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• The candidate will supervise the guest house agents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree preferably,
• Minimum of 2 years experience,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
