As a result of restructuring and expansion, a premier organization of business leaders with head office in Lagos and branched in Abuja and other geographical zones requires the service of qualified and experienced professionals to fill the position below:

POST TITLE:   Director-General /CEO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide, with Council the goals, strategic direction and focus for the institute,
  • Ensure faithful Implementation of same,
  • Relate with policy makers, professional organizations, government and blue chip organizations.
REQUIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A past cabinet level government officer, or Permanent Secretary /Director General in Public Sector
  • The deal candidate must be between the ages of 55 and 65
  • Minimum of a Masters degree in any discipline
  • Membership of a professional body
  • Minimum of 30 years experience, 15 of which must be a very senior management level
  • Very sociable, dynamic and high creative ability
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details and proven record of performance in a cognate organization.

POST TITLE:   Chief Operating Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and Implement an approved work plan for institute to achieve its goals and objectives,
  • Oversee the day to day activities of the secretarial,
  • Provide information and advice to facilitate personal and development of members.
REQUIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • The deal candidate must be between the ages of 45 and 55
  • Minimum of a Masters degree in Social Science discipline with 15 years relevant experience, or first degree in Social Science and a professional qualification with at least 20 post qualification experience
  • Must possess good emotional intelligence
  • Membership of a professional body
  • Minimum of 10 years at senior management level
  • Very-sociable and a good team player, dynamic and high creative ability
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details and proven record of performance in a cognate organization.

POST TITLE:   Director Research and Advocacy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate through research, efforts topical issues in the Nigerian business environment,
  • Oversee the advocacy objective of the institute,
  • Collect, compile and analyze data for use of the Institute and benefit of its members.
  • Develop and Implement an approved work-plan for the Institute to achieve its goals and objectives,
  • Provide well articulated policy proposals for council’s consideration as input to public policy formulation in matters of interest to the Institute and growth of the national economy.
REQUIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • The ideal candidate must be between the ages of 40 and 50,
  • Minimum of a Masters degree in Social Science discipline, possession of a PhD is an added advantage
  • Membership of a professional body,
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience in the field of social sciences research, 6 of which must be at senior management level,
  • Very sociable and a good team player, dynamic and high creative ability,
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels,
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details and proven record of performance in a cognate organization.
