Medecins Sans Frontieres / Doctor Without Borders (MSF) is an international, Independent, humanitarian, medical aid organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man made disasters.

POST TITLE:   Administrative Assistant (Casual/Replacement Pool)

JOB LOCATION: Abuja

MAIN DUTIES:
  • Daily administration of project in terms of accounting, finance, human resources and procedures under the supervision of the expatriate log/admin and the field coordinator,
  • Balancing of accounts,
  • Front desk & secretarial duties,
  • Managing movements for international and national personnel.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree of HND in Accounting or Business Administration,
  • Must be computer literate,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Previous experience in administration with an NGO is an advantage.
