We require suitably qualified candidates to fill the  positions below:

POST TITLE:   Sales Person

JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Applicants must possess minimum of  SSCE certificate,
  • Ability to communicate in English language, both in written and verbal forms,
  • Previous  experience  in retailing is an added advantage.

POST TITLE:   Head of Retail Operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Head of Retail oversees the following day to day function of their retail locations,
  • Offer consultative  sales  and services  on sales floor during  retail hours (including  weekends),
  • Supervise all retail sales  outlets operations and monitor overall sales performance within each outlet and company wide,
  • Help sales team meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Applicants  must possess B Sc. in Marketing or relevant field. MSc/MBA would be an added advantage,
  • Not more than 3540 years old,
  • At least 6 yrs working experience in similar capacity.

POST TITLE:   Accountant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The accountant must ensure that all company assets are monitored and accurately accounted for in conjunction with IT Systems Administrator, coordinate and implement upgrades to QuickBooks, providing necessary information /training to direct reports.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 5 – 8 years experience in a retail/merchandising company,
  • Hand-on  experience using Peachtree / Quick Book Accounting Software,
  • Not more than 26-35 years old. At least HND in Accountancy, ICAN ACCA Very Relevant. Ms Word / Excel proficiency.

POST TITLE:   Inventory Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must ensure proper management and coordination of activities at the central store, and ensure absolute maintenance of stock items and equipment. Requires the following:
  • Retail Business Knowledge,
  • Storage Process,
  • Customer Service knowledge,
  • Computer / Software competence,
  • Excellent organization & coordination skill,
  • Creative and innovative skills,
  • General Managerial and Administration skills,
  • Excellent Time management logistic knowledge.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Applicants must possess B.sc in any Social Sciences course, must have worked in a retail establishment, with 2-3 years experience of inventory and Warehousing functions.

POST TITLE:   Human Resource Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To ensure the effective management and motivation of the workforce,
  • Develops the capabilities of the workforce to ensure optimal contribution to the achievement of the company vision,
  • Increase employee productivity vis-a-vis organizational goals and targets,
  • Leads the conceptualization, design, development and delivery of HR systems, structures, processes and policies.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Applicants must possess B.sc First degree in Social Sciences, Business Management/Administration,
  • Humanities or any related field,
  • 6 years minimum experience in HR Planning and organisation,
  • Msc/MBA would an added advantage.

POST TITLE:   Head of Outlet

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Will head and manage business, staff operational activities and customer services at the outlet level of the company.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Applicants must possess B.sc/ HND in a recognized institution,
  • 4 years experience in merchandising and supervisory role in retail business.

POST TITLE:   Executive Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Will manage the offices of the company Executives for efficiency and results, and to carry out other responsibilities that may be assigned to the role.

  • B.sc/HND in Business Administration. Msc/MBA or its equivalent would be added advantage with 6 years working experience as Administrative/Facility Manager/Supervisor.
