POST TITLE:   Automation Engineer (Ref. AE)

JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:

• To manage and operate plant automation systems (2 Main Servers + 6 Clients + 1
• Engineering Station + Plant Guide Server + 3 Clients + CEM Scanner System + 10 Central PLCs + 24 Local PLCs) through planned prevents and corrective maintenance,
• Keep track of use and order spare parts for the system,
• Manage and operate:

-    Windows Server and XP editions,

-    Siemens S7 PLCs Hardware,

-    Siemens Step 7 Software and programming using FBD/LAD/STL,

-   Siemens S7 Safety PLCs,

-    Industrial Ethernet and TCP in IP Networks,

-    ECS (FLS Automation Process Control System),

-   Proface HMI Displays and Profibus Dp Networks.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Electrical/Electronics or Communication   Engineering. Experience in heavy industrial plants, involved in large scale blasting, grinding, milling and packaging of cement is required for the job,
• Minimum of 8years post NYSC experience as an Automation Engineer in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment.

POST TITLE:   Reliability Engineer (Ref: RE)

JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:

To optimize and standardize preventive maintenance routine programs by equipment type throughout the plant and inspect equipment using checklist

• Coordinate inspectors and analyze data gathered,
• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA),
• Justify and optimize fixed time replacement of components (Equipment Replacement Strategy) and keep critical spares and equipment,
• Maintain BOM for critical A and B equipment,
• Prepare KPI report/downtime pare to analysis for weekly/monthly review.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering,
• Experience in planning, scheduling and maintenance is required for job,
• Must be computer literate and conversant with Autocad,
• Minimum of 7years post NYSC experience in manufacturing/cement industry.

POST TITLE:   Electrical Planner (Ref. EP)

JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:

To prepare and implement preventive maintenance routine (PMRs) programs for plant equipment, ensure checklist for plant inspection and guide Inspectors/Engineers in performing their functions.

• Inspect equipment on site at regular intervals, analyze stoppage of equipment at stated intervals and solve problems by taking immediate action based on feedback from Inspection,
• Understand and work with ERP system and ensure proper work order feedback from execution department,
• Ensure materials (spares) required are available on site, maintain equipment history, keep maintenance kpi and execute major shutdown work,
• Handle shutdown planning for jobs, procedures, materials and tools etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Electrical Engineering. Experience in planning, scheduling and maintenance is required for job,
• Must be computer literate and conversant with Autocad,
• Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience in manufacturing/cement industry.

POST TITLE:   Shift Leader (Ref. SL)

JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:

 

To ensure employees adhere to operating and safety procedures, good housekeeping, no equipment failure during operation and maintain record for field action in each shift.

• Train production personnel to achieve required result and report abnormal stoppage of plant to production or plant managers,
• Conduct follow-up of equipment maintenance system, update production data and monitor raw material stock on daily basis in order to eliminate stock out situation.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
• Technical experience in cement production is required for the job,
• Must be able to transfer knowledge and work under pressure to meet deadlines,
• Must possess communication, leadership and supervisory skills,
• Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in cement industry.

POST TITLE:   Internal Auditor (Ref. IA)

JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:

 

To ensure policies and procedures established by Management are strictly followed by conducting internal control assessment based on audit time-table, review internal control process and suggest improvements where necessary.

• Conduct periodic risk assessment of business environment, review the adequacy and effectiveness of the organization’s system of internal control and quality of performance in carrying out assigned responsibilities,
• Facilitate annual audit plan and ensure effective and efficient conduct of audit execution,
• Schedule pre-audit meetings based on audit time table and agreed ad-hoc with HIC,
• Conduct routine audit in line with annual audit plan, ensure compliance to management policies and procedures,
• Review set procedures and policies in order to ensure adequacy, relevance, completeness and conformity with best practice,
• Review, evaluate and update audit program for each audit assignment, decide high risk areas and allocate job to team members (where necessary),
• Report misuse of funds, embezzlement or other acts of fraud and obtain response from persons concerned with issue identified,
• Generate report and ensure they are dispatched to relevant recipients.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. Experience in accounting, control practices and computer system in a cement industry or similar business is required for the job,
• Must be a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or equivalent,
• Must be a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE),
• Must possess planning, organizing and analytical skills,
• Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience as an Internal Auditor, preferably in internal auditing of a large regional or multinational organization.
