THE ORGANIZATION:

A Mixed Model Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in the heart of Lagos, undergoing rapid ex­pansion nationwide, requires the services of experienced professionals in various fields to take up sensitive positions within the company.

These positions are located in Lagos and other states of the country.

POST TITLE:   Chief Administration/HR Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in administration or related field,
  • Postgraduate Qualification in administration, health or related fields,
  • Certification in or professional membership of administration, personnel or related bodies,
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word,
  • Minimum of 10 years experience post-NYSC,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant and related field,
  • Attendance of related courses, workshops or seminars.

POST TITLE:   Head of Medical Services

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in medicine or health-related field,
  • Postgraduate Qualification in public health, management, health financing or related fields,
  • Certification in or processional membership of health, management or related bodies,
  • Good knowledge of statistical/epidemiological tools like SPSS, Epiinfo, MS Power point. etc.,
  • Minimum of 10 years experience post-NYSC,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant and related field,
  • Attendance of related courses, workshops or seminars.

POST TITLE:   Head of Technology (ICT)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in computer science or related field,
  • Postgraduate Qualification in ICT or related fields,
  • Certification in or processional membership of ICT related bodies,
  • Good knowledge of databases, Oracle statistical/epidemiological tools like SPSS, Epiinfo, MS Power point. etc.,
  • Minimum of 10 years experience post-NYSC,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant and related field,
  • Attendance of related courses, workshops or seminars.

POST TITLE:   Head of Underwriting Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in actuarial sciences, insurance or related field,
  • Postgraduate Qualification in actuarial sciences, insurance, health management, health financing or related fields,
  • Certification in or professional membership of insurance, actuarial sciences or related bodies,
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and other field-specific software, etc.,
  • Minimum of 10 years experience post-NYSC,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant and related field,
  • Attendance of related courses, workshops or seminars.

POST TITLE:   Head of Marketing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in marketing, Business Administration or related field,
  • Postgraduate Qualification in marketing, Business Administration or related fields,
  • Certification in or professional membership of marketing, management or related bodies,
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel. MS Word, MS power point and other field-specific software, etc,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience past-NYSC,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant and related field,
  • Attendance of related courses, workshops or seminars.

POST TITLE:   Medical Executives

JOB LOCATIONS: (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Maiduguri and Kano)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in medicine or health related field,
  • Postgraduate Qualification in public health, health management, health financing or related fields is an advantage,
  • Good knowledge of statistical/epidemiological tools PSS, Epiinfo. MS Power point, etc.,
  • Minimum of 2 years experience post-NYSC,
  • Attendance of related courses, workshops or seminars confers additional advantage.

POST TITLE:   Marketing Executives

JOB LOCATIONS:  (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Maiduguri and Kano)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in marketing, Business Administration or related field,
  • Postgraduate Qualification in marketing, Business Administration or related fields is an advantage,
  • Good knowledge of statistical/epidemiological tools PSS, Epiinfo. MS Power point, etc.,
  • Minimum of one year experience point, etc,
  • Attendance of related course, workshops or seminars confers additional advantage.

In addition, all candidates must possess good initia­tives and strong analytical skills. They should also demonstrate an ability to think outside the box and solve problems.
