Our client is an indigenous Property Company located in Lagos. As part of the efforts to further strengthen its operations, the company seeks to fill vacancies in the following positions:
POST TITLE: Financial Controller (FC)
REPORT TO: Reporting to the Managing Director
JOB OBJECTIVES:
The successful candidate will:
- Provide leadership in the development and sustenance of skills, competencies and capabilities within the finance department,
- Coordinate the budgetary process and activities of the company including monthly preparation of variance analysis report,
- Formulate and implement finance policies and procedures,
- Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, departmental budgets, salary administration, ledger, account maintenance and data entry,
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and information reports,
- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and operational plans and projects,
- Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders,
- Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas,
- Establish and implement short and long term range finance departmental goals objectives, policies and operating procedures.

JOB MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates should have B.Sc. Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Degree from a reputable University,
- Minimum of seven years cognate experience,
- Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA) is also required,
- Not more than 45years old.
POST TITLE: Financial Control Manager (FCM):
REPORT TO: Reporting to the financial Controller
JOB OBJECTIVES:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of management reports, preparation and monitoring of budgets, Tax planning and management, Environmental scanning, cash flow management and investment analysis.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Good presentation skills,
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills,
- Presentation of simple and timely reports.
JOB MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates should have B.Sc. Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Degree from a reputable University,
- Minimum of three years cognate experience,
- Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA) is also required,
- Experience in Research based environments will be an advantage,
- Not more than 35years old.
POST TITLE: Internal Audit Manager
REPORT TO: Reporting to the financial Controller
JOB OBJECTIVES:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for, ascertaining soundness, adequacy and application of accounting, financial and operating controls,
- Ascertain the extent of compliance with established polices, plans and procedures,
- Develop the Risk Management plan and the Risk Management process of the Company.

- Excellent Interpersonal and presentation skills,
- Analytical mind and attention to detail,
- Ability to maintain independence.
JOB MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates should have B.Sc. Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Division from a reputable University,
- Minimum of seven years cognate experience as Internal/External Auditor in a reputable organization,
- Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA) is also required,
- Not more than 40years old.
POST TITLE: Quantity Surveyor (OS)
WORK DESCRIPTION:
- Measurement and Preparation of and Pricing BoQ/BEME for Building, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Works for Tendering,
- Follow up and Negotiation of Tenders with Consultants,
- Identifying, Preparing and Defending Sundry Variation/Fluctuation Claims,
- Preparation and follow up/Defending Interim Valuations,
- Cost Control of Projects in liaison with Accounts/other Technical Departments,
- Preparation of Periodic Financial Reports/Statements for Management use,
- Maintaining and Updating Cost Data from Market/Specialists’ prices,
- Contract Administration including writing contractual letters to Consultants,
- Preparation of and Agreeing Project Final Accounts with Consultants,
- Others as required by Management.
REQUIRED SKILS:
- Sound Computer Literary (MS Word and Excel, etc),
- Strong Organizational and interpersonal Skills,
- Ability to learn new skills and work with Minimum Supervision,
- Excellent Writing and Communications Skills,
- High level of Loyalty, integrity and Ethical Conduct.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution,
- Professional qualification (MNIQS) is desirable but not compulsory,
- 5 to 7years COGNATE experience as Quantity Surveyor in the Construction industry.
AGE RANGE: Between 30 and 35years.
POST TITLE: Management Trainees -Accounts (MT)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent communication skills,
- Excellent Interpersonal and presentation skills,
- Analytical mind and attention to detail.
JOB MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates should have B.Sc. Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Division from a reputable University,
- Minimum of seven years cognate experience in the accounts of in a reputable organization,
- Not more than 30years old.
NOTE: Successful candidates will undergo six months probation period after which assessment of their suitability or otherwise would be carried out. Those to be retained would be determined by the outcomes of the post probation assessment exercise.
