POST TITLE: Application Operation Engineer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 2+ years in the Marketing department of Telecoms industry, internet Company or VAS service provider,
- End-to-end service operation process understanding. Content Management and operation experience is preferred,
- Proof record for service business development,
- Be familiar with diversified new business model such as revenue sharing model pay as growth,
- Be familiar with WAC, Appstore SDP technical platform and methodology is preferred,
- Be expert in whether user experience improvement, data analysis, content management or user market promotion is preferred,
- Result –orientation, passionate and team spirit,
- Global business management experience is preferred,

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Establish operation methodology and process for Application and services projects based on deep understanding of mobile internet and Telecoms VAS (Value-added Services) operation,
- Support service business development and service operation solution, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication,
- Dedicate in particular service operation work, provide operation plan and implement routine operation flow,
- Monitor and analysis service operation data, provide promotion suggestion, communicate with correlative team or department to coordinate operation flow,

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue,
- Reviews all major deliverables (i.e strategic brief, function spec, tech spec. etc) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met,
- Ensure that clients issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director of Managing Director of any problems that may arise,
- Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client,

- With practical telecom or internet service solution design experience, familiar with service life circle management, can develop logical service evolution roadmap, especially can be accomplished in one or more specific services,
- Proven track records in consultative selling and Business Development (deal shaping, qualification, business case creation, due diligence, negotiations,
- Leadership, motivation to drive and achieve business objectives,
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required to obtain the willingness support of other who may not be subordinate,
- Proficiency in English in verbal and written.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage business development opportunities for Mobile Internet business and telecom VAS globally to expand the Huawei business footprint and volume,
- Act as a sales engagement adviser to local / regional team to business solutions,
- Own the overall responsibility of market trends analysis to identify potential threats, areas of opportunity, competitor’s strategy to decide the next logical move(s) in business expansion,
- Acknowledge local ICT service market; provide professional business solution according to survey and analysis result in local market,
